I’m Dr. Tim Blake, a mental health professional with over 30 years of experience. My passion is helping people grow, heal, and find lasting purpose.

Growing up in a difficult family environment taught me empathy, resilience, and faith. Those experiences shaped my heart for helping others.

Over time, I developed The Life Mindset, a simple framework built on receiving, refining, and releasing. It helps people turn pain into purpose and live with greater peace and meaning.
