I'm Dr. Tim Blake, a seasoned mental health professional with 30 years of experience, deeply rooted in a personal journey shaped by my family's challenges.
I help people discover and become who they were created to be.
My childhood was marked by my mother's trauma, family dysfunction, and my own experiences with verbal and emotional abuse, as well as bullying.
This background gave me a unique perspective on pain and resilience, driving my passion to help others navigate their struggles. Throughout my life, I've worked with a diverse range of pain, using my innate listening skills and empathy to truly understand and assist those in need.
However, I found that traditional formulas and repetitive approaches often fell short of fostering real change. It became clear to me that true transformation comes from personal choices and the ongoing pursuit of growth. This realization led me to focus on empowering individuals to make those critical decisions that lead to lasting change.
In the process, I came to understand that the essence of all I seek to do to help others converged into the concept of a Life Mindset. This realization became the core of my work, defining the unique approach I now use to support others.
